Thornbury Real Estate is an independent, agile, and entrepreneurial firm of commercial property consultants.

Thornbury Real Estate has come out of the need for agile, dynamic, entrepreneurial, and commercial property agency within what is currently a very complex sector where the goalposts have been constantly moved over the last few years. Our experience in dealing with a diverse client base from private individuals to large Housing Associations and Councils across a range of asset classes makes us uniquely placed to offer well rounded advice with a view to maximising the client’s asset and positioning them to obtain the best return in any market. David Green is an experienced Chartered Surveyor who throughout his career has dealt with complex sales, lettings and acquisitions in Central London and throughout the UK. He started at Davis Brown, a multidisciplinary firm in 2007 and rose up to become a Director within the business specialising in the agency and asset management. He has dealt across multiple asset classes from office and industrial letting and investment sales to disposing of development sites. He has sold in excess of £200 million of property throughout his career and acted to acquire a similar amount. In his spare time David enjoys spending time with his young family and playing golf.
